Men’s Health and Employee Wellbeing

November 2022

Our fathers, partners, brothers and friends are at risk, caused by the health crisis that unfortunately is being neglected. Since 2003 Movember has supported over 1,250 men’s health projects around the world in mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer to shake up men’s health research and improving services.

Team Tu Pack is joining the Movember challenge this month to raise awareness and funds: some of us commit to running 60 km for the 60 men we lose to suicide every hour;  whilst others are showing their support by growing a mo or doing their own thing by making and selling natural homemade soap and shampoo bars. You can track our team’s progress and help men live happier, healthier and longer lives by donating here.

At Tu Pack we care about the well-being of our employees whether it’s physical or mental. That is why some of our team members are undertaking training to become mental health first aiders. Mental health training programmes are of paramount importance as they concentrate on raising awareness and creating a supportive environment where colleagues listen and are kind to one another which will greatly benefit our workforce. Thus, colleagues are empowered in this setting to develop resilience and recognise when others need assistance.
